The Lonestar

Alone I stand.
Looking up at the others,
So far away so
Unlike me.
They shine, like fireflys sewn
To black/blue velvet.
I don't shine.
My colour is black.
Dull black I
Have no light.
They dance altogether
All one.
I am alone.
The fallen star.
I tread the earth alone
For eternity.

I am part of nothing.
I am nothing but
Me and
That is nothing too.
Worthless.
I am.

I walk through the night.
Hoping the dark will be
Kind, for once, and
Hide me.
How foolish!
I always hope to
Find...
Someone...
But I don't want someone,
Not really.
I am a loner
The lone/fallen/black star.
I like it that way.
Alone.
I can't be hurt.
I won't hurt myself yet
I do.
With my feelings.
I want to get rid of them, they
Are the only things with the power to
Cause pain.

I will live like this
Forever.
i will die like this forever.
a piece of me dies everytime
All you other star shine.
Without me.
Don't need me,

for me.

Bright and burning me.
